How to keep your teeth clean and in tip-top shape for your next tooth cleaning
Posted January 16, 2019 06:18:58 The toothpaste used to clean teeth can leave your mouth feeling sticky, so make sure your mouth is ready to be washed before you use it.
The Mayo Clinic has a video that shows how to use the toothpaste on a dry, clean mouth.
Here’s how you can keep your mouth fresh for a new toothbrush:To clean your teeth, wash your mouth with warm water.
Gently wash your tongue, and pat dry your teeth with the back of a paper towel.
Apply a gentle squeeze to your mouth and gently rinse your mouth.
You can also rub your tongue into your mouth if it gets dry.
Rubbing your teeth into your mouths and gums can also help clean your mouth, according to the Mayo Clinic.
Dr. John Daley, an assistant professor of dental medicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York, says the Mayo clinic’s video may be helpful, but it’s best to get a professional to help you.
Daley said people may be able to apply the toothbrush to their teeth for a few seconds and then put the tooth brush away.
You may also want to apply a toothbrush on your tongue for the first time, and then rub your teeth.
Dictionaries recommend brushing your teeth twice a day, and you should do so twice a week, according a Mayo Clinic blog post.
